At our shop, for cards that have a First Edition (1st edition, hereafter indicated as '1ED'), we only differentiate and sell products whose names include 'First Edition', '1ED', or 'Reprint'.
Items without any specific designation are not distinguished by the product image and are sold as the same product regardless of the image.
