At our shop, for cards that exist in First Edition (1st edition; hereafter indicated as "1ED"), we only distinguish and sell items whose product names include the labels "First Edition", "1ED", or "Reprint".
For items with no designation, they are not distinguished based on the product image and are sold as the same product.
