At our shop, for cards that exist in First Edition (1st edition; hereafter abbreviated as "1ED"), we distinguish and sell only those items whose product names include "First Edition", "1ED", or "Reprint".
Items not specifically marked are not distinguished by image and are sold as the same product regardless of the product image.
