At our shop, for cards that exist in First Edition or 1st Edition (hereafter abbreviated as "1ED"), we distinguish and sell only items whose product names include "First edition", "1ED", or "Reprint".
For items that have no special notation, we do not differentiate them by product image regardless of the image; they are sold as the same product.
