At our shop, for cards that have a First Edition / 1st Edition designation (hereafter indicated as "1ED"), we distinguish and sell only those items whose product name includes "First Edition", "1ED", or "Reprint".
For items without any special labeling, we do not distinguish them as different products regardless of the product image.
