At our shop, for cards that exist in First Edition / 1st edition (hereafter indicated as "1ED"), we distinguish and sell only those items whose product name includes "First Edition", "1ED", or "Reprint".
For items without any specific labeling, they are not distinguished by the product image and are sold as the same product regardless of the image.
