At our shop, for cards that have a first edition / 1st edition (hereafter indicated as "1ED"), we only differentiate and sell those items whose product name includes "First Edition", "1ED", or "Reprint".
For items with no special notation, we do not distinguish them by the product image and sell them as the same product regardless of the image.
