At our store, for cards that have a First Edition / 1st Edition (hereafter indicated as "1ED"), we distinguish and sell only items whose product name includes "First Edition", "1ED", or "Reprint".
Items without any particular labeling are not differentiated based on the product image and are sold as the same product.
