At our shop, for cards that have a First Edition / 1st Edition designation (hereafter abbreviated as "1ED"), we distinguish and sell only products whose product name includes "First Edition", "1ED", or "Reprint".
For items with no special designation, regardless of the product image, we do not distinguish them and sell them as the same product.
