At our store, for cards that exist in First Edition or 1st edition (hereafter indicated as '1ED'), we distinguish and sell only items whose product names include 'First Edition', '1ED', or 'Reprint'.
Items without any special designation are not distinguished by product image and are sold as the same product regardless of the image.
