At our shop, for cards that exist in First Edition or 1st Edition (hereafter indicated as '1ED'), we only differentiate and sell items whose names include 'First Edition', '1ED', or 'Reprint'.
Items with no special notation are not distinguished by the product image and are sold as the same product.
