At our shop, for cards that exist with First Edition/1st edition (hereafter abbreviated as '1ED'), we distinguish and sell only products whose names include 'First edition', '1ED', or 'Reprint'.
For items not specifically noted, we do not differentiate by product image and sell them as the same product, regardless of the image.
