At our store, for cards that exist in the First Edition (1st edition, hereafter indicated as "1ED"), we distinguish and sell only those items whose product name includes "First Edition", "1ED", or "Reprint".
Items without any special notation are not distinguished as different products based on the product image and are sold as the same item regardless of the image.
