At our shop, for cards that exist in First Edition / 1st Edition (hereafter indicated as "1ED"), we only distinguish and sell products whose names include "First Edition", "1ED", or "Reprint".
For items with no special notation, they are not distinguished as separate products and are sold as the same item, regardless of the product image.
