At our store, for cards that exist in First Edition (1st edition; hereafter indicated as "1ED"), we distinguish and sell only products whose names include "First Edition", "1ED", or "Reprint".
For items that have no special indication, we do not distinguish them as separate products based on the product image; they are sold as the same product.
