At our store, for cards that exist in First Edition (also labeled 1st edition; hereafter referred to as "1ED"), we distinguish and sell only items whose names include "First Edition", "1ED", or "Reprint".
For items that do not have any specific labeling, we do not differentiate them by image; they are sold as the same product regardless of the image.
