At our shop, for cards that exist in First Edition / 1st Edition (hereafter denoted as "1ED"), we distinguish and sell only items whose product names include "First Edition", "1ED", or "Reprint".
Items without any special notes are not differentiated by product image and are sold as the same product regardless of the image.
