At our shop, for cards that exist in First Edition / 1st edition (hereafter abbreviated as "1ED"), we distinguish and sell only items whose product name includes "First Edition", "1ED", or "Reprint".
For items with no special labeling, regardless of the product image, they are not distinguished and are sold as the same item.
