At our shop, for cards that exist in First Edition / 1st edition (hereafter abbreviated as "1ED"), we distinguish and sell only items whose product name includes "First Edition", "1ED", or "Reprint".
For items with no special listing, they are not distinguished by the product image and are sold as the same product regardless of the image.
