At our shop, for cards that exist in a First Edition / 1st Edition form (hereafter "1ED"), we only distinguish and sell items when the product title explicitly indicates "First Edition", "1ED", or "Reprint".
Unless otherwise noted, items are sold without distinction and are treated as the same product regardless of the images shown.
