At our store, for cards that have a First Edition/1st edition (hereafter shown as "1ED"), we only distinguish and sell items when the product title explicitly indicates "First Edition", "1ED", or "Reprint".
Unless otherwise stated, products are sold as identical items and are not distinguished based on the product images.
