At our store, for cards that have a first printing / 1st Edition (hereafter shown as "1ED"), we only distinguish editions when the product title explicitly includes "First Edition", "1ED", or "Reprint".
Unless otherwise stated, items are sold as identical and are not differentiated based on the product images.
