At our shop, for cards that have a First Edition / 1st edition (hereafter "1ED"), we only distinguish and sell them separately when the product title includes "First Edition", "1ED", or "Reprint".
Unless specifically noted, items are sold as identical and are not distinguished, regardless of the product images.
